Chameleone’s version of ‘Inabana’ with Harmonize deleted from YouTube

Chameleone and Harmonize

Tanzanian musician Harmonize has found a way of penetrating the Ugandan music industry for both the good and bad reasons. He’s not the first artiste from Tanzania to have a song with Ugandan musicians but he’s definitely the first artiste to have the same song with two different Ugandan musicians.

Harmonize first recorded a song titled ‘Inabana’ with Jose Chameleone and before we knew it, he had also done the same song with Eddy Kenzo. That confusion caused havoc among the Leone Island fans who regarded the former Wasafi musician as being disrespectful to the legendary Ugandan musician.

Chameleone came out and said that all his fans should be cool because the song belongs to Harmonize and he should do whatever he wants with it.  A day after that statement, Chameleone’s version has been deleted from Youtube. All efforts to find it are futile as it doesn’t play. The search engine only brings the artwork of the song.

This is confirmation that Harmonize has already chosen which version he wants to go with and that aside, the one in which he features Eddy Kenzo already has a video.
