There is this profound love Tanzanian artistes have for Uganda. A few years back, Bushoke was almost getting Ugandan citizenship after spending three months here. Then Professor Jay promised to take Jose Chameleon to the courts of law after he alleged that he plagiarized his ‘Nikusaidiaje’ into ‘Bomboclat’ but when he came down here, his mind-set changed and he just decided to do a song with him instead.

Fast forward. Over the weekend, Tanzanian musician Vannessa Mdee was in the country and her main reason of coming was not to perform but to just celebrate her birthday.

Yes. The Tanzanian musician flew all the way to celebrate her birthday in Uganda and to be specific at club play in industrial area.

The party that happened last Saturday was attended by a number of socialites and musicians including, Navio, Abryanz, Kazoora, Boss Mutoto and Kim Swagga among others.
