Nince Henry in trouble over ‘stealing’ artwork

Artiste and songwriter Nince Henry has just released a new song titled Ofunda Ne Chupa but even before the song went on the airwaves, he is facing the wrath of an artist known as Ezi Wear who alleges that the singer used his artwork without authorisation.

“Urgent notice, unauthorised use of my artwork. It is disheartening to reveal that Nince Henry used my artwork without permission for his latest song cover, removing my watermark. This highlights a concerning issue in respecting artists’ rights,” Ezi Wear posted.

Ezi added that he is the one who designed the artwork and sent a mockup piece for approval to Nince Henry but to his surprise, he did not get feedback from the singer until he saw the same artwork being used as the song album for Ofunda Ne Chupa.

When we reached out to Nince Henry for a comment in regard to these allegations, he gave us two contacts. His manager’s number and that of a graphics designer telling us they are the ones who can answer but our efforts to get a comment from them hit a dead end as they neither answered our calls nor reply our messages.
