Kampala is gearing up for a musical celebration like no other as a star-studded lineup prepares to take the stage on World Music Day. Slated for this Saturday June 21, at the Kampala Serena Hotel, the high-energy show will feature Ugandan hitmakers Winnie Nwagi and Elijah Kitaka, alongside international acts who promise to turn the night into a global sound experience.
Flying in for the show is Chley, the rising Amapiano sensation from South Africa, ready to bring the infectious rhythms that have taken over dance floors across the continent. Also joining the lineup is Zani Lady C, the Ugandan-born, USA-based diva known for her soulful vocals and powerful stage presence.
Adding even more international flavor are DJ Shady and VJOJ, two UK-based stars who will be spinning and mixing the night away, bringing a fusion of Afro beats, dancehall, and urban vibes.
Organized by Urban Lyfe Productions, the show is part of the global celebration of World Music Day — a tribute to the power of music to connect cultures, inspire joy, and bring people together.
With this diverse lineup of local and diaspora talent, this Saturday promises not just a concert, but a full-on cultural explosion — right in the heart of Kampala.
