The third edition of the much-anticipated fiesta lit up Kampala with a fresh wave of music, creativity, and culture, transforming the lush Sheraton gardens into a playground of sound and expression.
The party kicked off as early as 2:00PM with a dynamic lineup of rising DJs like DJ Ames, City Girl, Ri Deejay, and Jarla Vibes setting the tone. As the crowd grew and the energy surged, Em That Guy and Saint Trevor ushered in the Amapiano takeover, followed by genre specialists Vanss, Lil Stunner, and Etania, who kept the crowd moving well into the evening.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the celebration pivoted to a nostalgic dancehall set, with Alza spinning classics from legends like Konshens and Mavado—bringing the night full circle with beats that bridged generations.
This year’s edition went beyond just music. Under the new “We Do We” theme, the event introduced an immersive art zone featuring live mural graffiti, illusion photo booths, physical art installations, and AR games. Every corner invited discovery—and plenty of photo ops.
Guests also indulged in a colorful spread of cocktails and food that added flavor to the vibrant atmosphere.
Judie Nandekya, brand manager at Uganda Breweries, emphasized the goal of creating an experience rooted in community and creativity. “We’re switching up how people connect with the brand—not just through music, but now through art. It’s all about creating something everyone can be part of.”
From beats to brushstrokes, the 3rd edition delivered an all-sensory experience that left no vibe shifter behind.
