Kampala’s nightlife scene is about to be redefined as a bold new wave of creativity takes over the Sheraton Gardens this Saturday, with an immersive event that fuses visual art, technology, fashion, and a powerhouse lineup of DJs.

In a groundbreaking move to transform how Ugandans experience music and entertainment, Uganda Breweries is rolling out a multi-sensory event experience under the banner of the Smirnoff Fiesta. The third edition of the Fiesta promises more than just music—it’s a full cultural takeover curated for a generation that thrives on self-expression, creativity, and community.

At the heart of the experience is the Art Project, a first-of-its-kind collaboration bringing together Uganda’s most forward-thinking creatives—cartoonists, muralists, digital illustrators, and fashion designers—from Katoto Studio, XR Studio, Fatisharts, and House of Sosho.

Guided by a bold creative brief, the collective of artists and designers has crafted a futuristic eventscape that captures the pulse of Kampala’s vibrant youth culture. At the core is a striking Afro-futurist illustration, a visual manifesto of freedom, energy, and bold self-expression. Guests will step into a virtual reality-powered Metaverse room, blurring the lines between the physical and digital worlds, while augmented reality filters offer interactive ways to share the experience on social media.

Adding to the spectacle are mind-bending optical illusion photobooths, designed to surprise and engage, alongside a limited-edition fashion capsule—exclusive pieces that will make their debut on the night, bringing Uganda’s fashion-forward identity to the forefront.

“This is more than a concert. It’s a full-sensory experience,” said Judie Nandekya, Brand Manager at Uganda Breweries. “We’re blending music, fashion, tech, and community in a way that reflects the bold spirit of our audience. It’s a celebration of how far Ugandan creativity has come—and where it’s going next.”

Project lead Natasha Karungi described the experience as “a transformative space for consumers, born from a bold brief to bring the brand’s energy and freedom to life through immersive art.”

Beyond the art and tech activations, partygoers will be treated to an electrifying lineup of DJs including Etania (Life of the Party), Lil Stunner, DJ Dranix, Wiz J, Vanss, Emm That Guy, and Deejay Alza. A dynamic team of MCs—Sammy Wetala, Viana Indi, Josh MC, Saint Trevor, Tojo 256, Casmir, and Adele Kiele—will keep the energy high throughout the night.

Access to the Fiesta is refreshingly simple—just shop and show up. Consumers can secure their tickets by purchasing select products: a 750ml bottle of Smirnoff Vodka unlocks three tickets, while a six-pack of Smirnoff Ice comes with two tickets. These offers are available at select retail outlets including Jazz Supermarket, Ecomart, Fraine (Kiwatule & Ntinda), and Cynibel Bunga.
