Fem Effect season 3 sets Kampala ablaze with music, stars, and amapiano vibes

Kampala’s luxury hotspot Noni Vie turned into the ultimate midweek playground as Fem DJ, in partnership with Don Julio, brought the heat with Fem Effect Season 3—a celebration of music, culture, and pure vibe.

From the moment the gates opened, it was clear this wasn’t just another party. Friends, fans, socialites, and music lovers poured into the venue, ready for a night that would blur the line between club and concert. And the night delivered—spectacularly.

The decks lit up early, with genre-defying sets by City Girl, DJ Mato, Selector Jay, and DJ Spinny. From Ugandan club bangers and nostalgic throwbacks to Soukous, hip hop, pop, RnB, and Amapiano, the DJs kept the energy high and the dance floor alive.

The crowd got an extra thrill with surprise performances by Ugandan stars Azawi and Mun G, who had everyone singing and vibing to hit after hit. But the night belonged to one man: Fem DJ.

ATS, the event production team, pulled out all the stops. Eerie lights, atmospheric sounds, and a stage set with dramatic flair built anticipation for nearly 20 minutes. When Fem DJ finally emerged in futuristic silver attire, flanked by dancers and greeted with deafening cheers, the night hit a whole new level.

Fem delivered a masterclass in DJing and showmanship, commanding the stage with effortless charisma and blending beats with surgical precision. His chemistry with the dancers and the crowd was undeniable, turning the set into an immersive experience that captured the essence of the Fem Effect.

Then came the grand finale. South Africa’s Tyler ICU, the king of Amapiano himself, took the stage—ushering in a euphoric soundscape that had fans losing themselves in rhythm. His performance was the ultimate reward for an audience that came ready to dance, and dance they did—hard.

Hosts Viani Indi, Evlyn Mic, Top Boy, and Josh MC kept the energy high between sets, guiding the crowd through a night packed with unforgettable moments.

With no work the next day, revelers danced long into the night—unburdened, united, and fully immersed in the magic of music.
