Bebe Cool’s Circumference, the lead single off his highly anticipated album, Break the Chains expected later this year has received a lot of feedback ever since it was released last year mainly because he held a press conference to announce the release dates of the song.
The song even appeared on his annual list despite being on the charts less than a month of its release.
The musician, reals name Moses Ssali has finally released the video of the song with it premiering on MTV Base and later dropping to other stations as well.
Directed by Garrick Williams, an experienced videographer who has worked on the global music scene for more than 25 years and responsible for 50 Cent’s iconic bullet-shattered glass portrait, Circumference offers stunning visuals and cutthroat editing.
Shot in South Africa, Bebe Cool portrays a homeless man walking about in a nowhere place during a sunset. He’s moving with an empty cart and somehow, comes across a yellow view master. It’s when he looks through that the video gets interesting, slides of beautiful women draped in white outfits. It’s a bit symbolistic that the woman in Bebe Cool’s lyrics majorly happens to be in his mind.
Bebe Cool is later teleported to this world with the women.
Circumference takes place in two places, the nowhere place with electricity towers and the studio set where there are girls dancing.
With tight choreography, and costuming, Bebe Cool’s team puts together a memorable video, striking visuals with the right X factor.
