Mickie Wine
Singer Mickie Wine had a successful concert at Jahazi Pier Munyonyo, despite a busy weekend and a lot of criticism from fellow artiste Gravity Omutujju. Mickie Wine, who is the young brother to Bobi Wine was thankful to God for the outcome of the concert but also hinted on the person who pushed him to stage it.
According to Mickie Wine, he made a pact with his eldest son that if he gets a first grade in Primary Seven, he would stage a concert.
“My firstborn Romeo Mukwaya once asked why I had not staged a concert yet, despite people showing me much love on other events I perform at and I challenged him that if he got a first grade, I would then stage a concert,” said Mickie Wine.
