The organizers of Miss Tourism Uganda have announced that the unveiling of the finalists from various regions across the country will take place next week. Since the search for this year’s Queen began, the team has been touring the country, holding competitions in multiple regions.

The regions that have participated in the search include Northern, Eastern, West Nile, Kigezi, Rwenzori, Bunyoro, Buganda, and Busoga, with the final regional crowning set to conclude this weekend.

Three contestants— the winner, first runner-up, and second runner-up—from each region will advance to the grand finale, where only one will be crowned Miss Tourism Uganda 2024/25. The grand finale is scheduled for September 14th at the Kampala Serena Hotel. Before this, the finalists will be unveiled in a glamorous event at the same venue next Friday. Following the unveiling, the contestants will enter a week-long bootcamp to prepare for the grand finale.

The overall winner will not only earn the title of Miss Tourism Uganda 2024/25 but will also represent Uganda at the Miss Tourism International Pageant in Malaysia. Additionally, she will serve as Uganda’s Tourism Ambassador, promoting the country’s tourism destinations on the international stage.
