Once you watch the video, you get to appreciate why the medical society in Uganda felt threatened. The entire video is shot in a hospital setup. Everything is hyper-real, and Gravity takes his role seriously, and can’t wait to inject his patient (Shakira Shakira).
The patient is held onto her bed by the sphygmomanometer, and the people in the hospital seem more confused than the doctor. It’s a fight between doctor and patient, a push and pull, as the doctor pleads with the patient for calmness.
Outside the doctor’s room are patients pleading for an opportunity with the doctor. That pregnant lady in the wheelchair takes centre stage. It’s a perfect simulacrum, with all the lewdness, it’s crude art right before your eyes. It exorcizes your mind, your thoughts, your feelings and then you are forced to seek a safe corridor. What a video!
