‘Nyumbani‘ is one of Goodlyfe and Viboyo’s biggest songs to date but shockingly, Swangz Avenue’s Benon Mugumbya who produced it did not like it.
“Benon gave the song a zouk touch but he did not like it. He was angry while producing it and I gave up on it for almost eight months,” Viboyo said during an interview with Vybe Life Ug.
He added that despite the song not being big in Kampala, it was huge upcountry and surprisingly, it was Benon, who notified him how big the song was in Gulu.
“Benon and Vampos had a show in Gulu and it was Benon who called and notified me that the song was a big deal in Gulu and even promised to contribute to its video.”
