Ava Dance Team are frauds – Maro exposes Rwandan dance group

Singer Ronald Magada alias Maro, publicly voiced his disappointment and anger towards a Rwanda based dance group that scammed what he said was his hard-earned money.

According to Maro, he had approached the dance group called Ava Dance Team, to provide their services for his music project. In a series of posts on his social media platforms, Maro accused the Ava Dance Team of accepting payment for creating a dance video but failing to fulfill their end of the agreement.

However, after receiving the payment, the Rwanda-based dance group failed to fulfil their end of the agreement.

To Maro’s dismay, he discovered that he was not the only victim of this group’s scam. Another artist, J Wats, had also fallen prey to their deceitful tactics.

Maro, along with fellow artists JWats and Papi Chulo, claim to have fallen victim to the group’s fraudulent practices.

Maro emphasized the importance of speaking out against such fraudulent behavior, stating that if earlier victims had come forward, he might have been spared from the trap.

Maro mentions that his conversation with the group dates back to March 2023 and it seems it’s the group’s trick to get money from artists for dance challenges and completely ghost them.

He expressed his determination to pursue justice not only for himself but also for others who might find themselves in a similar situation.
