Growth is in the questions

Let us find more comfort in our questions than in our answers. Growth is in the questions. Meaning is in the questions. Let us learn to ask beautiful questions. Let us learn to ask meaningful questions.

I am not concerned about the answers. Everyone can find an answer. There will always be an answer. It is terrible to have good answers to meaningless questions. We spend so much time looking for answers to questions that are not worth answering.

Instead, we should see life as a game of asking beautiful questions. If you can find the right set of questions upon which to design your life, then you will have derived meaning out of life.

Some of my current questions in life is how do you spur revolutions? And how do you do so silently? How do you connect musicians across the country to a common mission? So then it does not matter whether they sing in Luo or Luganda or Rutooro, they are all building towards the same mission? How do you create these kind of communities? Pop-up communities?

Whenever I am faced with any challenge in life, I first obsess about the questions. Am I asking the right questions about this challenge? Our life is nothing but a progressive refinement of our questions. At the end of our lives, we want to know that we found the right questions and that we attempted to answer some of those questions.
