I have a strong attachment to Uganda – CKay

Nigerian artiste CKay and Ghanaian musician Oxlade are in the country ahead of the show this evening at Lugogo grounds.

The two briefed journalists in a press conference that happened at B-Club earlier on and appreciated Uganda for its beautiful hospitality.

CKay even revealed that he has a strong attachment to Uganda because his father studied at Makerere University.

“My father did his university from Uganda at Makerere University and did Medicine. Uganda will always be part of me,” CKay said.

He also encouraged people to come to the show as they will not regret it.

Oxlade on the other hand said that he is going to give Ugandans are memorable show and make them forget the last time he refused to perform a few months back.

“We had some misunderstanding last time that couldn’t allow me to sing for my fans but nothing is going to stop me from giving you a memorable show.”

Dubbed ‘The Party in the Park’, the show is happening tonight at Lugogo grounds, former Zoe grounds.
