Artiste Douglas Mayanja alias Weasel might have survived being arrested but all is not well. A few weeks back it was alleged that the singer had been beating up his fiancée Sandra Teta. Weasel, the only surviving artiste from the Goodlyf duo was scraped off the list of performers at Comedy Store on August 10. It was a last minute decision that had to be made after social media was abuzz with people calling out the show organisers.
This weekend, the artiste was supposed to be performing at the Street Jam in Masaka. However, even when there were posters that included him as a performer, news reaching us is that because of the backlash, the organiser, Robert Nkuke has scrapped him off the new advertising material.
