Bobi ‘blunders’ in maiden TikTok video

Bobi Wine has today joined TikTok and started off with a challenge that is currently trending.

Together with his family, he involved his children in what he termed as the ‘Know your roots challenge’ where they had to talk about their family lineage and ancestors, failure of which would attract an instant shower of a bucketful of water.

But before the challenge video was posted, the musician cum politician had to announce his arrival on one of the fastest growing video-focused social networking platform.

“Hi Talk-talkers, this is Bobi Wine. This is my first time to be on TalkTalk so, I want to encourage all you families out there to follow out on your roots and encourage the young ones,” the 40-year-old National Unity Platform (NUP) president, real name Robert Kyagulanyi, said in a video.

This sent his children into laughter before he interjected, asking “what’s your problem?”

In response, his wife, Barbie Itungo corrected him, saying it’s pronounced as TikTok, not TalkTalk.
