Police in Kisoro have arrested two people filmed in ‘‘acts of public nuisance’’ on a roadside in Kisoro Municipality, the law enforcement agency said Thursday.
In a video circulated on social media since Tuesday, a 29-year-old man identified by police as Paskari Hafashimana and Colodine Mukamulenzi Muhawenimana, 24, are seen in erotic moments near a parked bicycle during broad day light but after downpour along Kisoro-Bunagana Road.

Kigezi region police spokesperson, IP Elly Maate said the duo in the evening act ”are held at Kisoro Central Police station pending court trial.’’
Such bizarre acts have not been familiar scenes on Uganda’s streets or even major highways.
