FOR MEN. Flared pants are not a quick option for many men but for those that are fashionista enough to dare them, there are rules to get you on the head-turner lists.
Fashion or making a fashion statement, in my opinion, is pulling off something that everyone else has written off or left to die out. That is why the world’s most renowned fashionistas such as Rihanna or Harry Styles don’t do anything basic. Instead, they carefully execute the style options that other people wouldn’t dare to. And today’s fashion recommendation is one of those.
Flared pants for men are somewhat of a vintage win, and when styled well, you can manage to pull off a great ensemble, that could definitely land you in our good fashion books.
So how does one nail this look?
All with the classic look
A lot of the classics that you will ever try out always work well when coupled with classics. So, you might want to start out on your flares with a Cuban collar shirt, and finish this off with a pair of boots. This look also gives you the luxury to style it in some of the modern options such as monochromatic or mixed prints.
Turtle up
A turtle neck is another classic that is going to be perfect for your flared pants. To take this look up a notch higher, you can wear your pants in denim, then keep your turtle neck in a bright hue, and finish it off with a cover up, possibly a varsity jacket.
Go with the athleisure trend
This is probably one of the most interesting trends of our generation. And when you finally decide to rock these pants, the athleisure style would be the perfect way to slay these. That means you are going to need a cool pair of sneakers, and some sporty accents such as a bucket hat, or a beanie or what is more like your kind of vibe.
When it comes to the don’ts for this trend, there aren’t many rules. However, keep in mind that finding the right fit for your pants is very important. And whatever you do, don’t clog your look, because what we want to see is your stylish pants.
