Merry Christmas everybody! I hope this year’s celebrations will be memorable and fruitful for you and your loved ones.
Seeing as we are a few days away from a new year, how about a little fashion prediction for what we can look out for, and possibly what will be making the most appearances on this section come 2021?
With the exception of a few fashion new comers, a lot of the trends that were making waves in this year, are going to get even bigger come 2021. Here’s a fashion forecast of what is to be expected in the new year, in as far as the slay is concerned.
Double tones to dominate
Hopefully, 2021 is the year when the fashion gets bolder and more exciting, and with that will be the double toned style, which I am particularly looking forward to giving a try.
The double tones, that can be worn on tops, and bottoms, is the perfect way to wear your suits in 2021.
Lounge wear to get more dressy
Thanks to the pandemic, those joggers and your home chill wear is now a thing. And come 2021, we expect to see this more on the outdoors, layered with some stylish faux leather jackets, and some thick sole boots.
So, do not cast those sweat pants aside just yet; their moment of glory is right around the corner.
Wide legged bottoms for the biker shorts
Personally, I wasn’t a big fan of the biker shorts, especially when they were worn on the outdoors. And my prediction for 2021 is that they will go back to being under wear and the wide legged bottoms and boyfriend style pants can dominate once again.
Knitwear is going to rule
Incase knitwear making was what you learned out of the pandemic, then adjust that crown queen, because come 2021, your skill is going to rack in those shillings. Knit wear is going to dominate a lot of the fashion scene; from tops, bottoms, down to our accessories.
