Ugandan musician Aziz Azion has dropped a new jam dubbed ‘Kikyamu’ condemning police brutality in Uganda.

In ‘Kikyamu’ (loosely translated from Luganda to mean ‘It is wrong’), Aziz Azion has featured a number of top Ugandan artists.

The song focuses on police brutality experienced in Uganda over the years where the police have been accused of shooting and extensive use of teargas to disperse rioters.

The artists address a number of issues including; lies told by the politicians, corruption, violation of  human rights, unsolved deaths of Hon. Abiriga, Kaweesi, Afande, Kirumira and artists; AK47 and Mowzey Radio.

Videos of the protests captured in Kampala and the others parts of the country showed police using excessive force to disperse rioters who were demanding for the release of their candidate.

Bobi Wine’s arrest elicited massive reactions across the world with his fans using the hashtag #FreeBobiWine to pile pressure on the government.
