When Fresh Daddy, real name Paul Mutabazi, decided to join the music business, he met some sort of rejection from a certain section of people. In fact, Mc Kats bashed the artiste on the microphone and blamed Kalifah Aganaga for single handedly destroying the industry they have been building over the years by signing an ‘artiste’ who could not even sing.
But Aganaga knew what he was doing and from what we hear now, he was able to make some fortune out of an artiste who many have been laughing at.
During an interview recently, Khalifa admitted that despite people mocking Fresh Daddy, he was a gold mine during the shortest time they spent together.
“Everyone has been blaming and saying it was a big mistake for me to sign Fresh Daddy but I was able to make Shs35 million from him,” said Kalifah.
He also added that for everyone out there who thinks he is a flop in the music industry, he is on the contrary one of the richest as he owns a studio where many artistes record from and he also wrote some of the current hits on the music scene.
