Irene Ntale gives out money to fans to help in lockdown

In times like these, even the smallest form of help means so much to someone who is being affected financially affected by the lockdown. Ever since the country was put on lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, many people are trying to make end mostly because they are not working.

Several celebrities like Bebe Cool, King Saha, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, and John Blaq have donated to the national COVID-19 task force to help their fans get through the hard times. They have donated relief items like posho, beans, rice, bread, and matooke among other foodstuffs.

The latest artiste to make a difference in her fan’s lives in this trying moment is sensational singer Irene Ntale. This morning, Ntale embarked on a mission to help her fans but she did it differently as compared to other artitses. She decided to send money to random fans that follow her on twitter to make the lockdown a little better for them.

Ntale took to her twitter account and asked her fans who are in need to drop their mobile money numbers.

“I’m serious, I know Lockdown is hard on most of us. Who wants some ka money and why? Leave your mm number on your comment too,” she posted on twitter.

The singer didn’t disappoint as she went on and sent Shs50,000 to several fans who responded to her tweet.

The singer later shared screenshots of different Mobile money messages showing that she had sent Shs50,000 to a few of her lucky followers that commented on her tweet with their numbers.

She encouraged her followers to share the little that they have and promised to do another random give away soon. She urged her fans to stay home and stay safe.

“Thank you so much guys. Will do another random give away soon. Let’s share the little we have ?? love y’all.  #stayhomestaysafe,” she stated.
