In September last year, photos of Sharon Mbabazi, a beautiful young girl who is a bricklayer leaked to social media and lots of media went looking for her to tell her story. The 22-year-old was proud of what put money in her pocket and during one of the interviews, she said she was not going to leave the job but rather see how to expand to a bigger place.
She was using her hard-earned money to pay for tuition at Mutesa 1 Royal University where she was studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication. Mbabazi’s hustle has paid off after she finally graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree at Muteesa 1 Royal University Graduation that took place on 14th December 2019.
Mbabazi lost her mum at the tender age of five and from then on, she learnt to grow a thick skin, fend for herself and pursue her dream.
She was so excited that she took to social media to share the good news with the world as well as thank everyone who has been there for her.
“I thank the almighty God for his blessings, favour and mercies throughout my education struggle. I thank the management #SPARKTV for the plat form that you people gave me.
