We have lost a good number of entertainers to thug attacks and on Friday, deejay Mark almost lost his life after he was attacked by unknown people.
Mark who is the lead deejay at the Hitmaker programme on NBS TV didn’t appear on the show earlier yesterday and it is then that we got information that he had been attacked the previous evening and is receiving treatment at a healthcare centre.
We still haven’t established more details on what exactly happened as his phone is still off but we wish him a quick recovery.
Mark Kiyingi is a celebrated deejay who has contributed immensely to the entertainment industry of Uganda, winning a number of awards and bringing up a good number of deejays through his deejaying school. His journey started at Lumasi Inn at Namirembe road before joining the now defunct Steak Out.
