Liquid Silk Bugolobi vacates Village Mall space

The interior of the closed Liquid Silk in Bugolobi

Liquid Silk Bugolobi has ceased being a hangout located on Village Mall. This comes after management of the place decided to vacate the place and currently they are looking another space to occupy. It has been about three months now ever since they closed their other branch in Naalya and as they stand now, there is currently no Liquid Silk.

The hangout has not been doing very well attracting mostly those who would fall in at lunch time for their buffet. Patrons who go for a drink or two are only a handful and this perhaps must have been the reason to move the bar and restaurant to a location that is not yet established.

Speaking to a source who preferred anonymity, the bar has moved to another place because Village Mall has been so expensive for them.

Besides that, the management of the place also issued an official statement that read, “Dear Esteemed Client, We sincerely appreciate your continued support. We wish to inform you of intended relocation from our current location effective 24th August 2019 to mitigate high operational costs,” an excerpt of the notice reads.

To however make sure that they keep serving the many customers who have been accustomed to eating their lunch from their Bugolobi Village Mall branch, the notice stated that they will start delivering the same quality food to the different venues where their customers will be stationed.

“To ensure continued service delivery, we have in place a mobile kitchen to serve lunch & Dinner Buffet uninterrupted. Place your order for sumptuous meals from Liquid Silk on 0706 411 111 or 0773 261 214. We remain committed to continue providing you with quality affordable meals at your convenience,” the notice read”.
