Bebe cool reveals why he thanks President Museveni on Cranes achievements

The Uganda cranes are on top of Group A in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations and this comes after their triumph against DR Congo in the first game of the tournament.

With this result, musician Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool who is also the ambassador of the Uganda Cranes has been posting about the Cranes and at the end of his posts, he has been thanking the president of Uganda His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. He has been bashed on social media for this because according to the public, the president has nothing to do with the goals and the success of the team.

However, to Bebe Cool he does have a lot to do with the success the Uganda Cranes have attained so far. The ‘Nkuliyo’ musician explained that the reason he keeps thanking the president is because of the last fatherly one on one meeting he had with the players.

The President had a one on one meeting with the Uganda Cranes before they left for AFCON

“Ok you all might have been wondering why I keep thanking President M7 when it comes to the oncoming achievements of the UGANDA Cranes, it’s the fatherly one on one closed meeting and understanding that he had with the players and Mama Janet M7 before they left for AFCON2019. This does not only concern the players but the whole sports fraternity and trust me UGANDA is in for a big surprise InshaAllah. It’s going to be better for our team players in all different sports. Congz UGANDA CRANES. Thank you president M7,” he posted on his social media.
