On any other day, people would break chairs, destroy property or even attack the organisers if an artiste delayed to show up at his concert. But with the ushering of a New Year, the crowd at Davido’s 30 million concert at Pearl of Africa Hotel, were too excited to be bothered by Davido’s late performance.

The Nigerian multi-winning artiste came to the stage at 2.30am but no one had left the Pearl of Africa hotel. Everyone was waiting to see him perform some of the biggest songs on the continent.

He too didn’t disappoint as he mostly performed songs that the crowd new. Songs such as ‘Dami duro’, ‘All of you’, ‘Tchelete’, ‘Number one’, ‘Skelewu’, ‘The money’, and then inviting Pallaso on stage to do their collabo ‘Twatoba’.
