The Ice Cream and Cakes Festival will return for the second time in one year this December.
Each year, the Ice Cream and Cakes Festival happens once but according to the organisers, there was too much demand after the big turn up in the latest festival that occurred earlier this year.
The December festival will be headlined by Levixone and Spice Diana at Uganda Museum.
The organisers promised security to revelers that would show up at the festival.
