If you thought love-struck bongo flavour star Diamond Platnumz was joking about getting married to his new girlfriend Tanasha Donna, then you are in for a shock.
The musician has now announced that the next Valentine’s Day will be the date for their wedding.
Last week Diamond announced that he is planning to get married to Tanasha. He however fell short of giving dates of the planned wedding.
However, speaking to Wasafi TV, the singer confirmed that he plans to wed Tanasha on February 14, 2019.
He went on to add that their wedding ceremony will be a four day affair, running from the 14th Thursday to 17th Sunday 2019
“I have set February 14, 2019 as my wedding date. The ceremony will last four days. Valentine’s day will fall on Thursday; so, the wedding ceremony will take place on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That is my preliminary arrangement. If anything would come up forcing me to change the dates, I will communicate that in good time,” he said.
Diamond and the NRG radio presenter have been secretly seeing each other for almost a month before showing up in public as a couple for the first time, last Saturday when the singer performed at Thika.
The singer went on to state that he is now ready to settle down after having numerous love affairs.
“I really want to settle down. I have had enough fun. Honestly, I have done a lot,” he added.
I have invested in so many business ventures. I own TV and radio stations; I also have a vibrant digital platform and a record lable. I need a woman who will help me run the businesses. I wont be able to manage the projects on my own. Now I need a wife to offer advice. I am having that conversation with Tanasha.”
His ex-girlfriend Zari Hassan, a Uganda socialite, with whom the have two children, dumped Diamond Platnumz on Valentine’s Day. He is ready to shade off the old memories and begin a new chapter
