Kim Kardashian (Kemigisha) appends her signature on a yeezy sneaker that they presented to President Museveni as a gift
American reality television star Kim Kardashian is now Kemigisha, a name that was given to her by the President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni, Monday morning, according to a statement from state house.
Kim and her husband Ye a.k.a Kanye West who are in Uganda, with other family members on a private visit, paid a courtesy call to Museveni at State House this morning.
According to the statement, the Ugandan Names given to them by the President excited the couple. Kanye West received the name Kanyesigye while his wife was named Kemigisha meaning the one with blessings from God.
The couple flew into the country on last Friday and are currently at Chobe Safari Lodge in Murchison Falls National Park in North Western Uganda.
President Museveni welcomed the couple to Uganda saying the country is for all the people.
The statement further notes that Kanye West pledged to put up a world-class tourism school in Uganda, to be a foundation of tourism not only in Uganda but the East Africa region in general.
