A few months ago, pictures of Fik Fameica and A Pass signing some endorsement deal with Swangz Avenue management made rounds and many thought the two musicians had signed on to the record label.
However, we did some digging and found out that it was more of an agreement that they signed alongside a South African female musician called Rogue.
The song titled ‘Midnight Drum’ is also mixed by the much-revered deejay, Maphorisa to give it that edgy-urban feel.
Rogue flew into the country in April specifically for this project that was done at Swangz Avenue.
“I told you when I do things I do them big, now see what I did with the Rap king Fik fameica and the Rap Queen Rouge from South Africa and to make matters worse is that I added Dj Maphorisa. Now stop playing and check out the song on iTunes and Spotify #MidnightDrum”, A Pass posted on his social media.
Top music label, Sony Music Africa, based in South Africa broke the news on Twitter and described the two Ugandan musicians as “some of the biggest acts from Uganda”.
