Will the arrogance of KCCA’s Robert Kalumba be the downfall of him? Word reaching us is that the Assistant Spokesperson of the authority has fallen out with different members of the media fraternity.
Given his background with the fraternity, it is thought that the assistant spokesperson would be a bosom buddy to the watchdogs, though, we have learnt that it is not the case as many of in media would rather avoid him. His absence during many occasions of the authority has got people speculating about the future of his job.
