In the past two weeks Uganda has been treated to pornographic content that has sparked serious discussions on various social media platforms.
First was a video shared by Diamond Platnumz making out with a woman then the alleged Jack Pempa/Honey Suleman sex tape. Before we had moved from the Pemba drama, a video of a woman with a striking resemblance to singer Sheebah also hit social media streets. In the video, the woman’s behind is being caressed by a man’s hand.
Now even before we could forget that one, a young woman, only known as Shamim got instant social media fame when her ex-boyfriend, a one Yasin, leaked a video she had sent to him. In the video, Shamim who was just from showering shows off her naked body to the intended recipient of the video.

The girl has become the center of conversations on social media with many criticizing her while others have sympathized with her.
Now city businessman and motivational speaker has added his voice onto those criticizing Shamim and urged women to desist from taking pictures and videos while naked.
“Even though you are deep in love, never ever take nudes. You will break up with that boyfriend of yours and he will leak those pictures or your phone will get spoiled and you will have to take it for repair. The men that repair those phones, go through your gallery and can also leak those nude pictures and videos,” Gashumba said.
He also urged women and young girls not to give their boyfriends benefits that should only be givn to their husbands.
“Before a man outs a ring on your finger, do not treat him like he is your husband. He has not yet shown loyalty to you. Those boyfriends will blackmail you after,” Gashumba cautioned.
He was speaking on NTV’s Mwasuze Mutya talk show today morning (May 7).
