Singer Henry Tigan was last week referred to as Lazarus by a local newspaper. In the Bible, Lazarus died and resurrected. In simple terms, Henry Tigan had died a musical death but resurrected last week when he held a concert announcing his return. At the show that was held at Comfort Zone in Luzira, Businessman Adam Ntale, a big fan of Tigan promised to give the singer a car to ease his transportation.
It seemed like the usual rich people show-off talk, but Ntale proved he was not the type that promises and does not deliver. Indeed on Monday morning, exactly two weeks since the show, Henry Tigan woke up to a surprise; awaiting him was a maroon Pajero GDI parked outside his home and just like that, Tigan was saved from the boda boda hustle.
