A few days after he was shown the exit door, Lawrence Labeja who has been one of the goodlyf managers has explained the whole situation surrounding this issue.
Labeja revealed that for all the time he has worked with Goodlyf, he he had never signed a contract regarding his position at the camp. He also said he didn’t know his role for the time he was there.
“Things are not as they seem over there. I’ve been at Goodlyf for more than three years but didn’t even have a contract. I would only be given shs50,000 every time we had a gig. I wasn’t paid salary and I was expected to bring in deals,” Labeja said.
He further added that goodlyf was so disorganized because they keep hiring managers day in day out without specifying their roles.
This comes after they hired Emma Carlos who was managing Khalifa Aganaga to also be part of the management team.
