A lot of rumor had surrounded Jack Pemba’s disappearance but today, the business tycoon returned like he had never left. He was picked up from Entebbe airport by Brian Ahumuza the founder of the Abryanz Fashion and Style Awards and he made a big announcement that is going to make the fashion awards ceremony the biggest in the region so far.
Jack has promised to inject shs100m in the upcoming Abryanz style and fashion awards slated for the 8th of December at Serena Hotel. He will be handing over the cheque tomorrow in a press conference at Serena still.
“I am going to give Shs100m to the Abryanz Style and fashion awards but I’m expecting to increase the sponsorship the next week. Fashion is a big thing in Uganda,” he said. “I told my friend Brian that if he put my name and my company on board, there are opportunities for more sponsorship.”
The Pemba sports academy proprietor also added that he has also enticed some company from Dubai and another from Belgium who are willing to also be on board.
Pemba’s wife Sheebah Kasami is also expected to showcase her SKP fashion label at the awards that have Ciroc as the headline sponsor.
