It looks like Kazoora and Calvin Da Entertainer are yet to settle their woes. The last time we wrote about them, they were fighting over roles during the revamp of Magic 1 TV. Now the power struggle between the two has escalated to the level of fighting for awards. At the just-concluded Buzz Teeniez Awards, UBC Magic scooped the Teeniez TV station award and Calvin picked the award as well as gave a speech. But according to people who were seated next to Kazoora, he stood up to go pick the award, only to see Calvin approaching the stage.
The Buddies proprietor walked back in shame to his seat while Calvin folded the accolade in his armpits and moved around with it taking pictures. This did not please Kazoora and he believes his contribution towards the station for the past two months is what enabled the station to win. Calvin on the other hand believes he is the backbone of the station.
We hear the rift between the two is so bad that Calvin was forced to abandon the station and return to UBC, its mother station. As for us, we will grab the popcorn and watch the drama!
