AFRIMA: Cindy wins Best East African female artist

Yesterday evening saw Cindy pack the Best Female East Africa accolade beating strong music icons Juliana Kanyomozi, an American-born Kenyan singer Victoria Kimani, Ethiopia’s Fikeraddis Nekatebeb, Avri and Irene Ntale. Congratulations Cindy

The 3rd edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) happened in Lagos last night (Sunday 6th November 2016) at Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos in Nigeria

The night saw three Ugandans Cindy, Kenzo and Unique win on the night.

The only other east African winner on the night was Diamond Platnumz from Tanzania who won Best Male East Africa & Song of the year- Utanipenda
