After much anticipation and waiting, the Uganda Entertainment Awards took place last weekend at the Kampala Serena Hotel. And the Kampala folk definitely came in full force when it came to nailing it on the red carpet. Maybe it was because we all thought E! Africa was covering the red carpet, or Kampala folk are becoming fashion power forces on the continent, style was being served in all forms.
While every individual did pull out all the stops, there were some looks that definitely stood out for us.

The queen of Red Carpet style definitely didn’t disappoint in her ……. Gown. As a red carpet host, the South African beauty is quite familiar with red carpet glam, and her look for the night was no exception. She was a total stunner.
BRIAN AHUMUZA.
As a top stylist and fashionista, we didn’t expect anything less from Ahumuza. His broken suit look is quite thoughtful, effortless and the minimal element makes it bomb.

Evident from her social media, this chic is quite the style maven. I mean, you would think wearing a checkered gown would be quite the odd choice, but she surely pulled it off amazingly.
