Earlier this week, The Uganda Bikers Association appointed singer Angella Katatumba as their ambassador.
The two entered into a partnership to impact change on lives through charitable projects.
For starters, the bikers immediately joined the singer’s ongoing “Mulago Yaffe” Campaign that is run under her Angella Katatumba Development Foundation.
The bikers will engage in different activities aimed at raising funds that will go towards bettering the Mulago Cancer institute.
The bikers are slated to hold a launch ride on April 17th from Kampala through Mukono to Jinja and will return to Kampala on the same day.
And as their new honorary ambassador, the singer will ride with the bikers all the way.
The Uganda Bikers Association that was formed in 2003, has a constant track record in fundraising money for the needy through charity rides to different destinations.
By coming together with a charitable public figure like Angella, we can only hope for the best!
