She is a known hustler, but Brenda Nanyonjo had put everything aside to ensure the Miss Uganda pageant regains its lost glory. And boy, hasn’t she done a great job!
Well, Brenda finally has something cooking away from the annual pageant.
This time round, she wants to take care of all the curvaceous women.
How? Brenda is set to launch a clothing line dubbed Miss B Jeans sometime next month.
Brenda told us that unlike the several already existing clothing lines, Miss B Jeans will strictly look out for the well- endowed mamas.
“You don’t have an idea what curvaceous women go through to get fitting jeans on the local market. And being in that category, I know and I have heard several people’s woes,” Brenda said.
Brenda cited examples of how almost every nice pair of jeans she has bought treats her: “If you get one that fits in your hips, it is never fitting in the waist or if it does, then it squeezes my curves. The whole shopping exercise becomes annoying!” she said.
Brenda said before she set out to start the clothing line, she imported more than 200 pairs of jeans which she has been using as a sample space to research on her new venture. She says the pairs did not last a month. Brenda told us that she already placed her next order and she will be launching her clothing line when the shipment arrives.
