Dream Girls was a household name in Uganda and the group comprised of Leila Kayondo, Rena Nalumansi and Anita da Diva but much as they were making hits such as ‘Weekend’ and ‘Wandekangawo’ among others, they called it quits and started pursuing solo careers but the latest we are receiving is that the group is on the verge of reuniting ounce again.

This comes after the three artistes linked up and performed at Eddy Yawe’s political rally in Kira municipality on Friday where he’s vying to become the Kampala city Member of Parliament representing Democratic Party.

But when contacted, Leila neither confirmed nor denied the allegations saying “It’s too early to tell if we are coming back together or not but it’s not in plan yet. We are just working on a few songs as friends and already one is half baked but we shall be releasing it anytime soon. If our fans approve of it, then we can work on other songs as time goes on.” She said.

Although she remained tightlipped about the song they have together, our research has it that the three have another song with Bobi Wine, Coco Finger, Khalifa Aganaga and Mickie Wine which is being produced by Eddy Yawe at his dream studio in Kamwokya.
