Last week was a sad one for the entertainment industry; two youngsters were involved in a bicycle accident that claimed 14-year-old Alex Ssempijja’s life. The other, Patricia Nanteza, was admitted to the intensive care unit of Case Clinic.
And despite the pessimism that surrounded the girl’s recovery, we are glad to announce that Patricia managed to make it out of hospital alive and a video recording of her explaining how she felt was spread on social media early this week.
However, she may have a huge mountain of emotions to deal with when she gets to know about the news of her colleague’s death.
We have heard that all through her stay in hospital, Patricia was never told about Alex’s death. And during her discharge, she flashed her signature innocent smile as she hugged singer Rema Namakula- Kenzo’s fiancé and My kid is a Superstar boss Joseph Masembe.
The doctors advised Rema that it is in Patricia’s best interest to keep her in the dark for a little longer as the news might affect her treatment.
Patricia was said to go to her granny’s place in Gayaza where she will be under close monitoring until she is declared okay to rejoin the rest of her Ghetto Kids groupmates in Makindye.
