Movie translator VJ Junior joins politics


Indeed VJ junior must have been the only missing link in our political sphere, for it to qualify as a fully fledged translated comical movie.
With Hajji Mubarak Munyagwa Mugati Gwa Butter vying for a Parliament seat, Prof Gilbert Bukenya hopping back to NRM, Ken Lukyamuzi (Da Man) taking on comic Kato Lubwama, Ragga Dee vying for Kampala mayor and now VJ Junior; we see serious translated productions of the political sphere coming soon.
Born Marysmarts Matovu, VJ Junior is vying for the office of LC III Councillor for Bwaise II on the NRM ticket. Junior managed to emerge victorious during the recently completed party primaries and is now awaiting to kick-off campaigns with opponents from other parties.
Sources in Bwaise told us that Junior is likely to trounce his opponents, not just because of his immense popularity in the area, but because he grew up in Bwaise and managed to rise to a national figure, so he is an inspiration to the youth.
