AK-47’s incomplete house almost done in just a week

The truth about the cause of singer AK-47’s death remains a mystery, but the fallen singer’s Nalongo finally has a reason to smile. Nalongo Kiwesi is at least happy that her fallen lover’s effort to put up a shelter for his children is blossoming even after his sudden demise.

We would like to report that AK-47’s house which is located exactly next to his father’s in Seguku Katale is almost complete, just a week after he was laid to rest.

We took off time and visited the house and we can reveal that the money collected after a suggestion was raised by promoter Barugahare Balam during one of the vigils in Seguku last week, for fans and fellow singers to contribute towards the completion of AK-47’s house, is being put to great use. By Wednesday, all doors and windows were fitted with glass, all doors had been fixed and the walls had been plastered and were only awaiting painting.

Humphrey Mayanja, an elder brother to the late told us that there was enough money to fence off house, connect power and water and also design a very good yard. Humphrey, who flew in from the USA last Wednesday was grateful for the love the public showed his fallen little brother.

He had nothing but praises for AK-47 for taking serious steps at a tender age; “there are so many people above AK’s age and are earning more than he was but have not even purchased their first plot of land, But this boy was simply challenging, even to us his elders, we never did such at 25, yet we were working,” Humphrey noted. Mzee Gerald Mayanja, AK-47’s father told us that the builders promised to hand over a fully finished house by the end of April!
