Abba Marcus for EA junior swimming competition

Unlike his daddy Jose Chameleone as well as his uncles, Abba Marcus Mayanja is not just a musician; he is an athlete and fine artist. At a mere eight years, he has managed to traverse the world because of his talents. A year ago, Abba was part of the Ugandan delegation that flew to India for a junior art competition; representing his school, Greenhill Academy.

And after beating almost everyone at all the available swimming competitions, Abba was named the best sports personality of his school last year.
Months later, Abba participated in the Seals Meet swimming competition that was held two weeks ago and he beat all the children in the junior category. The Seals Meet is a continental competition where people from different age brackets compete at national, regional and later on continental level.
Abba’s skills left several coaches and judges mesmerised and asking for more. As such, Abba will be representing his school and his club at the junior league competitions in Nairobi come May.
According to Daniella Mayanja, Abba’s mother, the multi-talented Mayanja would even have won a spot on the national team, but he was barred by the swimming federation rules that require ages of 11 and above for the junior category.
Musically, Chameleone told us that Abba has two new songs that will be coming out shortly before the Easter weekend that is due in April.
