Singer Yoyo steps back with a bang

Where has Yoyo been? What has he been upto? Does he have new music? If yes, why hasn’t he been heard anywhere? These and so many questions hit my mind when I was told Yoyo is holding a concert tonight. A concert?  What is he going to perform? Well, a brief conversation with the lost singer answered almost all my questions.
Tonight, he will be hosting his fans at an evening of music married with drama at National Theatre auditorium. Yoyo will be live in a concert dubbed Yoyo 365-the Reflect.
“So many people are wondering about where and what I have been up to. Tonight is the night to find out,” he says.
“In most cases, people get lost because of two things; tactical withdrawal or life’s challenges. I am the victim of the latter. So tonight, my fans will get to know the challenges in my personal life for the past 365 days.”
The production will run for strictly two hours; from 7pm-9pm. Unlike other shows, Yoyo won’t have ‘noise makers’…errm sorry, curtain raisers whatsoever.  They will not only be challenges; Yoyo also has a lot of success stories to share with his fans for the past year.
The Nkwekute Nze singer said he will be sharing his prospects for the next 365 days before revealing that he plans on making this an annual event.
Apart from singing, Yoyo says he is also in the acting business. “I am an actor too but most of my fans do not know that. Tonight, they will get a chance to watch trailers from my acting career,” he reveals.
The R‘n’B singer adds that he will have a state-of-the-art acting session, also depicting some of his challenges and successes over the year.

First-ever artiste’s app to be launched
Following the fast growing digital era, Yoyo has promised to launch his own mobile app tonight too.
“I am going to be the first Ugandan artiste to have his own mobile app. Through this app, called Yoyo, my fans will be able to follow all my activities and know what I am up to since it is interconnected with all my social media accounts,” he adds.
The app will be available on Google Play.
