Fashion tip : The maxi dress

Untitled-2

The maxi dress: You no longer have to reserve your floor-sweeping dress for the weekends, church and visiting the in-laws.
In the midst of the mini skirt bill and all the fracas, I realised that the maxi dress was actually a good way to keep out of trouble (avoid getting stripped).  Initially, this dress was considered the weekend casual look, the kind of outfit you would only wear when you were going to the beach, or when you are doing the laundry at home.
But like all fashion trends, it is now possible to wear your maxi to the office, and still look very fab. The trick lies in having the right accessories to uplift the look.
To begin with, let’s think about the type of maxi. You can opt for something plain, in a popping colour or even have it stripped or with tribal prints. This means you have to work with your earrings, the bracelets and bag. The bag can vary, from the sling to the stylish tote, depending on your taste.
The otherwise compliment of your maxi would be a blazer. You could have it in a cute print, and then mix it with your coloured maxi.
The shoes can vary, although, the wedges and embellished sandals would work best in this case.
