BBA auditions on next month

Want to be $300,000 richer? Have you been dreaming of representing Uganda in the Big Brother House? Yes, like we said a few weeks back, the Big Brother Africa reality series is back and registration dates have been set.
The Ugandan auditions are slated to take place in two weeks on July 7 and 8 at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.

The requirements are simple. One has to be a Ugandan citizen, over the age of 21 and must have a valid passport!
According to the organisers, people that are open-minded, bold and adventurous, stand a better chance to represent their countries.

Previous editions of Big Brother Africa have boasted huge cash prizes for winners and this is no different as the prize money is still stands at $300 000 (about Shs 750m).
Angola will not feature in this year’s BBA. It was replaced by Rwanda, which keeps the total number of countries in the reality series at fourteen. They include: Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

BBA season 8 will be screened live 24/7 on DStv channels 197 and 198 while GOtv audiences will see highlights of the show, which begins on Sunday, September 7, and is scheduled to run for 91 days.
